SMS Terms

Keptix is software, made by Keptix LLC, that salons and other appointment businesses use to stay in touch with their clients. If you signed up for texts from one of those businesses, these terms explain what you will get and how to stop it at any time.

1.The program

Businesses that use Keptix send their clients texts inviting them to book their next appointment, and occasional offers. Each business’s texts come from its own phone number and start with its name, so you always know who is writing.

2.How you join

You join a business’s texts on its Keptix sign-up page, by ticking the box and entering your number, or by texting JOIN to the business’s number. Either way, you then confirm by replying YES. Nothing is sent until you do. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

3.How often

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a month from each business you joined. Texts are sent only between 9am and 7pm in your local time.

4.Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Neither Keptix nor the business charges you for texts.

5.How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts from that business. QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE work too, and so does simply telling us you want no more texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To join again, reply START.

6.Help

Reply HELP to any text for the business’s contact details. You can also contact the business directly, or email hello@keptix.ai.

7.Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is used only to send you the texts you agreed to and to honor your choices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
